Your 14-Day Clarity Tracker
Fill this in each day — on screen or printed out. It only takes 30 seconds, and it's the easiest way to see whether the plan is actually working for you.
How to use itRate each 1–5 field honestly rather than aiming for a "good" score — the point is to spot your own patterns, not to perform wellness. Your entries save automatically in this browser, or print the page for a paper copy.

How to read your own results
After a week, look back rather than judging day to day — one bad night doesn't mean the plan isn't working. Look for the trend line: is your average brain fog score in the second week lower than the first? Does it move opposite your sleep and water numbers? That pattern is more useful than any single day's entry.
A printable copy is genuinely useful here — some people find a paper tracker on the fridge or by the bed easier to keep up with than reopening a browser tab. Use whichever version you'll actually fill in.
