Brain fog isn't one thing — so we stopped treating it like one
Most brain fog content asks you to buy a supplement and hope. We built Brain Fog Remedy around a different idea: the reason you can't think straight is usually specific, findable, and addressable with the right daily habits.
Why we built this
Search "brain fog remedy" and you'll mostly find two things: generic listicles that apply to no one in particular, and supplement pages that promise everything and explain nothing. Meanwhile, real research on post-viral fatigue, perimenopausal cognition, chronic stress, and healthy cognitive aging has gotten much more specific in the last few years — it just rarely makes it into anything a normal person can actually follow.
Brain Fog Remedy exists to close that gap: a short assessment that identifies what's likely driving your particular brain fog, and a 14-day, day-by-day protocol built from the research on that specific driver — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
From the founder
My name is Mufy Pachorawala.
For a long time, I watched people I cared about go through the same loop. Normal bloodwork. Supplements that helped someone else. Generic advice that pointed them in the right direction for the wrong pattern.
What I kept seeing was that the advice wasn't bad. It just wasn't theirs.
Brain fog is not one condition with one fix. It's five distinct patterns that share one symptom, and the advice written for one pattern can do close to nothing for another. Once I understood that, the problem stopped being about effort and started being about targeting.
I refuse to put another generic brain health checklist into the world. Brain Fog Remedy is what I built so you can skip the years of misdirected effort and get to the protocol built for your pattern.
One assessment. 60 seconds. A 14-day plan that targets what's driving your fog, not what's driving someone else's.

How we build a protocol
Every plan starts with a review of published research and guidance from sources like the CDC, NIH, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard Health, The Menopause Society, and peer-reviewed journals. We translate that research into specific, doable daily actions, and we cite our sources directly on every plan and guide page — you can see exactly what each recommendation is based on, not just take our word for it.
We're deliberately careful with language. You won't see "cure" or "treatment" on this site, because that's not what this is. These are educational, self-guided wellness protocols — a way to systematically test the daily habits most associated with your type of brain fog. They're designed to sit alongside good medical care, not replace it.
What we believe
- Brain fog has causes, not just symptoms. Post-viral fatigue, hormonal shifts, chronic stress, and age-related change all show up as "can't focus" — but they respond to different things.
- Specific beats generic. A protocol built for your actual situation will always outperform generic advice, which is why we ask a few questions before recommending anything.
- Cited beats vague. If we make a claim, we link to where it came from.
- Practical beats perfect. Every day in every plan is designed to take under 20 minutes — because a plan you'll actually follow beats an ideal one you won't.
