These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at brainfogremedy.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it (the "Protocols"), operated by Mufy Pachorawala, India ("Clarity," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a Protocol, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not medical advice
Clarity provides general educational and wellness content. Nothing on this Site or in any Protocol is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and none of it constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes related to your health, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication. Use of the Site and Protocols is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
3. Purchases and access
When you purchase a Protocol, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that Protocol for your own individual, non-commercial use. Protocol content, including the 14-day plans, guides, and tracker, may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared outside your own household.

5. Account and members area
If a Protocol is delivered through a members area, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Content may be released on a day-by-day schedule; you agree not to attempt to circumvent this schedule.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the Protocols — including text, guides, trackers, graphics, and design — is owned by Mufy Pachorawala or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
7. Prohibited use

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, members area, or other users' accounts.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly redistributing Protocol content.

The Site and Protocols are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that following a Protocol will produce any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mufy Pachorawala and any employees or contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Protocols. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a Protocol will not exceed the amount you paid for that Protocol.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
