Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy explains how Mufy Pachorawala, India ("Clarity," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use brainfogremedy.com (the "Site"), take the brain fog assessment, or purchase a Protocol.
2. What we collect
- Assessment answers. Your responses to the quiz, used to determine which protocol result to show you. These are not linked to your identity unless you also submit your email.
- Email address. Collected when you request your results or purchase a Protocol, used to send your results, purchase receipts, and (if you don't opt out) occasional related emails.
- Purchase information. Handled by our payment processor — we receive confirmation of your purchase but do not store your full card details ourselves.
- Basic usage data. Standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP) collected automatically by our analytics tools, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity also records how you click, scroll and move through our pages, as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see where the Site is hard to use.
- Local browser storage. Tracker entries you fill in on the printable tracker tool are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your own device — we do not receive or store these entries on our servers.
3. How we use it
- To show you your personalized assessment result and deliver purchased Protocol content.
- To send transactional emails (results, receipts, access details) and, if you haven't opted out, occasional related updates.
- To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it.
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We share limited information with the service providers that help us run the Site: our email delivery/marketing platform (to send you results and updates), our payment processor (to handle purchases securely), and analytics providers, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (to understand Site usage). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing their service to us. How Microsoft collects and uses data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
5. Cookies and similar technology
The Site uses cookies and similar storage for three things:
- Essential. Keeping you signed in to the members area, protecting forms, and remembering the email address you used for the quiz so you do not have to retype it. These are always on.
- Analytics. Google Analytics, to see which pages are read and where visitors leave, and Microsoft Clarity, to see how visitors click and scroll through our pages. Off until you allow it if you are visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
- Advertising measurement. Google Ads conversion measurement, to tell whether one of our ads led to a visit or a purchase. Also off until you allow it in those regions.
If you are visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are set, and you can change your answer at any time from the link in the footer of every page. Everywhere else the same link lets you switch them off, and your browser settings apply as well. Disabling essential cookies may affect some Site functionality (like staying logged in).
6. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@brainfogremedy.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law.
- Clear your local tracker data any time using the "Clear all entries" button on the tracker tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.
7. Data retention
We retain purchase and account information for as long as needed to provide the Protocol and members area, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Quiz answers not linked to an email are not retained in identifiable form.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
